Yeah, we have another brand new sponsor today, Barbara from byvala, teaming up with Kelly from juBEADlation, a frequent sponsor, to dazzle us with clues during the day and 'victims' at 3pm today at our Sneak Attack!
And dazzle is right. Both these team-mates are excited about helping these new shops - 4 of them!
I recently asked Barbara what prompted her to open an Etsy shop.
I crafted so many things, all my friends and family were covered in everything they did and didn't want. So I started to sell. I was keeping track of Etsy from about a year before I started and then decided to just do it.
Barbara's shop has everything from items for your home, warm crocheted goodies and phone covers. I really had a hard time narrowing down my search to show you something I love! This pillow is one of many that Barbara will make for you - to enhance your home.
And what prompted Kelly to open her shop?
I started making jewelry as a hobby to help de-stress. With my son gone
at college, I wanted something to do with my spare time.
To look at Kelly's jewelry, you would never know that it started out as a hobby - it is so beautiful and looks professionally made!
Whatever you are looking for, you are sure to find it in either shop - browse and purchase to your hearts content!
And come join us in our Sneak Attack thread as we have lots of fun with clues and upcoming 'victims'.
I asked Charlie what prompted her to open an Etsy shop:
Due to not being allowed to work (surgery last June), and having the amount of learning
difficulties I have, I put my mind into trying to set up my own
business, I actually hadn’t heard of Etsy at the time but my cousin
showed me it and said my cards would be perfect for it so a few months
down the line and here we are ^_^
I have a set of these beautiful cards from Charlie's shop, that I plan on using as Thank You cards for my customers!
As I mentioned, Theresa has been a frequent sponsor - and loves to work with fabric. As a matter of fact Theresa said:
I am a wife, mother & grandmother and have recently retired, now I
get to do the things I really love quilting, crocheting and of course
play a game of golf now and then.
I love browsing through Theresa's shopto see her latest creations! And fell in love with this knitting needle case!
I love it when a member becomes a sponsor for the first time. Sponsoring a sneak attack is so much fun - you get to choose or help choose the 'victims', share clues throughout the day, and have a warm and fuzzy feeling when you reveal who these 'victims' are to the rest of the Etsy Community!
Come and share in that feeling today at our Sneak Attack thread - as we wait for the 3pm reveal time!
Kelly from juBEADlation, is sponsoring our sneak attack today at 3pm. A frequent sponsor, Kelly always finds the neatest new Etsy shops for us to surprise.
What prompted Kelly to start making jewelry?
I bought a jewelry making starter kit and was hooked from the start. I
really enjoy making jewelry, it's relaxing. It's very rewarding to
make something beautiful then see someone wearing it. My family and
friends have gone crazy for my jewelry and now I would love to share it
Whatever her start, Kelly's jewelry always makes people feel special. And talking about special - this jeweled ice cream ornament is not only adorable - part of the proceeds also go to help someone else. Hang this in a little girls room, on a mirror, or anywhere where you will see it every day and know that it's for a special cause.
Be sure to see all the jewelry, ornaments and so much more at Kelly's shop.
Then come join us in our Sneak Attack thread as we get ready to meet the 'victims' that Kelly has chosen.
Paula is a brand new member and I LOVE that she is sponsoring today!
I asked what prompted her to open her Etsy shop.
A lot of people from my country admired and bought my items and that
made me think that maybe people in other countries might want to buy
them as well. That's why I started my shop on Etsy.
As I am very partial to earrings - I had to show you these adorable ones from Paula's shop.
Sandi is a 'veteran' sponsor, and she loves co-sponsoring with new members! Sandi's passion for creating felted bowls is ever present in her shop. To honor the day with something red - check out this delightful potpourri bowl.
Be sure to show some LOVE to these two shops. And come join us in our Sneak Attack thread as we get ready to meet the latest 'victims' at 3pm.
Today is the last day to enter our giveaway - the drawing is tonite.
Susanne from SussesSpindehjrne, is sponsoring our sneak attack today - at 3pm Etsy time.
A team member from the international community and a frequent sponsor - Susanne has chosen to surprise 4 new Etsy shops who are also in the international community! During the day, she will be giving us clues as to who these shops might be - they could be from any of the international continents - can you guess?
I browsed Susanne's shop this morning to see what new items she has created for her customers, and I was delighted to see one of her Shawls made with the new Crocodile Stitch. I just love the color combination!
Check out the other wonderful creations in Susanne's shop!
And come join us in our Sneak Attack thread as Susanne gives us clues to her possible 'victims'.
Judy from sljbridal and Sandi from HandmadeBySandi, are co-sponsoring our sneak attack today. It's been quite a while since Judy was able to sponsor a sneak attack, due to working hours. And Sandi is a frequent sponsor. We are glad to have them working together!
Judy makes the most elegant bridal accessories. And I recently asked her what prompted her to create them.
I planned my daughter's wedding and made the cake, all the silk flowers, the FG baskets, ring pillow, favor basket and altered all of the bridesmaid's dresses, and added lace sleeves to DD's gown. From there I was hooked!!
If you have never seen the gorgeous work that Judy does - you have got to check it out!
Sandi loves to crochet and has started making trivets/hot pads that are delightful and very useful. Her heart shaped ones make your counters and tables very festive looking - despite the season!
Be sure to browse through all the wonderful creations from these co-sponsors, and then come join us in our Sneak Attack thread as we get ready to see who the latest 'victims' will be!
Theresa from KraftyGrannysHome is sponsoring our sneak attack today - revealing her 'victims' at 3pm Etsy time.
A frequent sponsor - Theresa is also one of our Treasury gurus. Today, she won't be trying to guess who the 'victims' are - she's going to be providing clues for us to try and guess! Lots of fun is guaranteed.
I browsed through Theresa's shop this morning to see what kind of new creations she has, and I was not disappointed!
Her way of working with a combination of fabrics in quilting is always a delight to see!
One of her latest creations!
You will love all of Theresa's quilted items. There are crocheted goodies as well as greeting cards. Have fun shopping!
