One of our Handmade Movement members, who loves to travel around the world, is sponsoring our sneak attack today, at 7pm. Linda, who is the owner of Engelfelt, will bring her latest discoveries - new Etsy shops - and all the lovely items that those shop owners create.
A wonderful creator herself, of goodies that are felted, crocheted and knitted, Linda provides items to wear, use or give as gifts.
As many of us, with busy lives know, you have to find time to create. I asked Linda when she does her crocheting and knitting. Whenever I am sitting, whether it be in the car , or in front of the tv, or in my back yard, I have something in my hands. I cannot just sit and do nothing! I know that many of us can relate to that!
And look at what Linda made while she was sitting :D
There are so many things to see in Linda's shop, you are sure to find your favorite! Then come share the fun with us at our Sneak Attack thread, as we get ready to meet Linda's latest victims!
Have you tried handmade soap yet? It's wonderful. Doesn't leave your skin dry like commercial soaps, and depending on the scent used, each one smells delightful as you are lathering up!
One of our Handmade Movement/Sneak Attack members is Beth from Castle Co, who is sponsoring today's Sneak Attack at 5pm Etsy time.
Beth has been making handmade soap for about 3 years now. I enjoy making soap and am currently creating other recipes. Curing time is between 4-8 weeks and scents/appearance change during that time. It's interesting to see the end result since there were some batches I didn't think started off very well, but surprised me as time went by.
You will find many delicious sounding soaps (please don't eat) that will make your shower and bath time, heavenly! Don't care for scented soap? Here's one that is unscented and still that handmade goodness!
Take the time to see what scented or unscented soap you would love to try! Then come chat with us during the day as we get ready to surprise some new Etsy shops during our Sneak Attack!
Don't you just love it when two members of the Sneak Attack team, co-sponsor an attack? You can do it too - just let us know you are interested in sponsoring and we'll 'team' you up with one of our 'veteran' sneakers!
Lisa does something special for her customers: All items come ready for gift giving in a lovely gift box and ribbon- complimentary, of course! Lisa also have black velvet drawstring bags; perfect for guitar picks!
I was browsing through Lisa's shop to find something unusual to show you - boy did I find one. This pendant of a soaring bird is so gorgeous - you just have to have it!
Sandi's shop is all about stash - whether it's yarn, fabric, or really unique items. Check out this little storage container - birdhouses, little drawers, and a place to put a roll of paper towels. It can hang on the wall or sit on a table - so convenient!
Be sure to visit our sponsors' shops and see all the goodies. Then come chat with us today, at our Sneak Attack thread, as we get ready to meet the 'victims' at 4pm!
One of our members, Summer from SummerWilson8 is sponsoring our sneak attack today at 5pm Etsy time.
Have you met Summer yet? She is a dance teacher and loves sharing her passion for dance.
I asked Summer what she does to relax: . I dance to relax. I also like to garden and especially to craft. I am always thinking of new things to create.
Don't let Summer's name make you think that all she creates has to do with the summer season. (And by the way, I LOVE her name). She creates jewelry for every season. Now that we are fully into fall - you will really appreciate this fall necklace, which you can wear with almost everything!
Find your favorite season at Summer's shop and then come join us for our sneak attack at 5pm. You will be glad you did!
